Shipping

Orders will be shipped via Austrian Postal Service.

Specialty shipments
In certain cases, it may be necessary to ship an order using a specialty carrier. Cost and delivery timeframe would be discussed with the customer in advance.

Delivery timeframe
The approximate delivery date for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart or, if you are ordering by phone, indicated by our staff personally. You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your order.

Delay
If any articles are out of stock short-term or there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email.

Partial shipments
In cases of unacceptably long delays, we will automatically initiate a partial shipment, meaning that you will receive available articles by the promised delivery date, with the delayed articles following as a separate shipment. If we have your email address, we will send you a delivery confirmation notifying you about shipping your order in several packages.

The VIENNA BIENNALE 2015: IDEAS FOR CHANGE is the first event of its kind to combine art, design, and architecture, with the aim of generating artistic projects and creative ideas to promote positive change in our society.

Initiated by Christoph Thun-Hohenstein, and realized by the MAK in partnership with the University of Applied Arts Vienna, the Kunsthalle Wien, the Architekturzentrum Wien, and the creative unit of the Vienna Business Agency, departure, with support from the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology as a non-university research partner.
