Orders will be shipped via Austrian Postal Service.

Specialty shipments
In certain cases, it may be necessary to ship an order using a specialty carrier. Cost and delivery timeframe would be discussed with the customer in advance.

Delivery timeframe
The approximate delivery date for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart or, if you are ordering by phone, indicated by our staff personally. You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your order.

For delivery before 24th of December please place your orders until:
3rd of December – for worldwide shipping
10th of December – for shipping to Europe
17th of December – for shipping to Austria

Delay
If any articles are out of stock short-term or there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email.

Partial shipments
In cases of unacceptably long delays, we will automatically initiate a partial shipment, meaning that you will receive available articles by the promised delivery date, with the delayed articles following as a separate shipment. If we have your email address, we will send you a delivery confirmation notifying you about shipping your order in several packages.

In the course of her project ONE MILLION the Berlin based artist Uli Aigner crafts vessels she facilitates with consecutive numbers and records their destinations on a map. 

Transparent glazing, lead-free, fired at 1300°C, robust and dishwasher-proof.
