Orders will be shipped via Austrian Postal Service.
In certain cases, it may be necessary to ship an order using a specialty carrier. Cost and delivery timeframe would be discussed with the customer in advance.
The approximate delivery date for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart or, if you are ordering by phone, indicated by our staff personally. You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your order.
If any articles are out of stock short-term or there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email.
In cases of unacceptably long delays, we will automatically initiate a partial shipment, meaning that you will receive available articles by the promised delivery date, with the delayed articles following as a separate shipment. If we have your email address, we will send you a delivery confirmation notifying you about shipping your order in several packages.
