Orders will be shipped via Austrian Postal Service.

Specialty shipments
In certain cases, it may be necessary to ship an order using a specialty carrier. Cost and delivery timeframe would be discussed with the customer in advance.

Delivery timeframe

If any articles are out of stock short-term or there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email.

In cases of unacceptably long delays, we will automatically initiate a partial shipment, meaning that you will receive available articles by the promised delivery date, with the delayed articles following as a separate shipment.
